Why I Write Project
The “Why I Write” Project for the Sweetland Writing Minor Gateway class really helped me frame myself as a writer. For a longtime, writing had just been a pastime or an academic necessity without any real unifying element. Taking a moment to analyze what my purpose for writing really was gave me a sense of focus and helped set the tone for rest of my education in writing.
